The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 21st May, 2025, has, interalia, considered and based on the recommendations of Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Messrs R.K.Mishra & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
