With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 31, 2013, Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that on September 01, 2013, the Company Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited has acquired the Chlor-Alkali & Phosphoric Acid Division from Solaris Chemtech Industries Limited and henceforth the said division is part and unit of the Company and has been named as Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd. - Karwar Chemical Division.
