Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held to-day, i.e. May 30, 2023 approved the appointment of Mr.S.Krishna Kumar (ICSI Membership No.A12678), President as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 30, 2023. He will also act as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
