Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 07th August, 2025, inter alia considered and approved the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with Limited Review Reports issued by M/s SIGMAC & Co, statutory auditors of the Company, which have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
