To consider and approve the draft notice convening the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company. 4. To consider and approve the closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the purpose of the 33rd Annual General Meeting. 5. To appoint an agency for providing E-voting facility in respect of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. 6. To appoint Scrutinizer for the Voting process for the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. 7.
