Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), read with Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board' of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ("SEBI SBEB Regulations"), we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, September 04, 2025 have approved allotment of 37,404 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, to the option grantee, upon exercise of the options vested with them under the SWREL ESOP Plan at the exercise price of Rs. 238/- per share.
