Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that an order has been issued by Commissioner of Legal and Board Services Department, Tax Dispute Resolution Department, Kenya Revenue authorities wherein the demand pertaining to calendar years 2020 to 2023 has been reduced from ~ INR 51.10 Crore (order dated September 17, 2025) to ~ INR 26.50 Crore including interest and penalty. The company is in the process of evaluating the order and deciding the future course of action.
