This is to inform you that pursuant to Balkrishna''s Code of Conduct, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons covered under the Code from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending 31st March, 2025 becoming generally available information.
