Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 29, 2026, inter-alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5.30/- (53%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The said dividend will be paid on or before February 27, 2026.
