We inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company on 6th March, 2025 the Board has, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with Consent of Mr. Manoj Lodha, appointed Mr. Manoj Lodha as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st April, 2025.
