B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditor of the Company. Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated 30th June, 2025, as per the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window Close Period for all Designated Persons has commenced from 1st July, 2025 and will continue till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 is uploaded online on the portal of the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
