In continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 01, 2025 with respect to the approval of Resolution Plan by the Committee of Creditors and its subsequent submission before the Hon''ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench-VI dated May 23, 2025, we hereby wish to inform you that, as per the Cause List issued by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Mumbai Bench, File No. 01/16/2025-NCLT (Mum) dated August 21, 2025, the Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai Bench (Court no. VI) shall not be holding sittings on August 21 and August 22, 2025. Accordingly, the said matter has been re-listed for the next date of hearing on September 03, 2025.
