Axiscades Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/09/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve raising of funds by way of issuance of Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for a value upto Rs. 200 crores.
