Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that: Mr. Avishrant Keshava currently serving as Business Controller - India, CFO & Whole-time Director, has tendered his resignation as Business Controller - India & CFO of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 31 March, 2025, on account of organizational changes. However, he would continue to serve as a Whole-time Director of the Company. A copy of his resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has appointed Mr. Sujit Kumar Pattanaik as Business Controller - India & Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 1 April, 2025. Mr. Sujit Kumar Pattanaik is not debarred from being appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Please see attachment for more details.
