The Trading Window of Transwarranty Finance Limited for all the Designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents shall be closed from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.
