Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2024, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 16/- per share (160%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This, together with the interim dividend of Rs. 14/- per share (140%) paid on March 01, 2024 will make a total dividend of Rs. 30/- per share (300%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
