Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2025, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 21/- per share (210%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, on the paidup capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This, together with the interim dividend of Rs. 14/- per share (140%) paid on February 24, 2025, will make a total dividend of Rs. 35/- per share (350%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
