The said re-appointment was duly approved by the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot. Accordingly, the term of Mr. Sumit Subhash Vora(DIN:02002416) as Whole Time Director is effective from Today i.e. November 26, 2025 till November 25, 2030.
