As per direction of the order dated May 11,2022 , of the Hon''ble NCLT on the captioned subject, a meeting of the Secured Creditors of the Company ('Meeting') is convened to be held through video conferencing ('VC') on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. to consider and approve the arrangement embodied in the Scheme. Copy of the Notice of the Meeting dated June 1,2022 along with the Explanatory Statement and Annexures referred therein sent to the Secured Creditors of the Company is enclosed herewith.
