Pursuant to provision of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the company ("the Code"), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company by all the designated persons as defined in the code, shall be closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ending 31st March, 2025.
