Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e 12th February, 2025, have inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2024. A copy of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors of the Company is enclosed herewith.
