The Stakeholders Relationship Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, had approved the allotment of 94,968 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 5,325 equity stock options under ESOS 214 and 89,643 equity stock options under ESOS 2022. Out of 94,968 equity shares allotted in the meeting, 11,250 equity shares were allotted to Mr. Subramanian Sundaresan, the former CEO and 5,625 shares were allotted to Mr. R Ravi Kula Chandran, CFO.
