Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, November 02, 2023 has allotted 11,47,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.95/- (Including premium of Re. 85/- per share) to the below mentioned Allottees (hereinafter refer as 'allottees') on Preferential Basis in accordance with the Special resolution passed by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 and pursuant to the In-Principal approval received from BSE Limited vide their letter number LOD/PREF/DA/FIP/790/2023-24 dated October 23, 2023.
