Pursuant to Reg. 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from December 01, 2024 till forty eight hours from the conclusion of board meeting for all connected persons, designated employees, insiders, directors of the Company and their immediate relatives.
