Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to clarify that 1. Management has decided to start and commence recycling of rigid plastic which was informed to exchanges via communication dated September 29, 2025. Currently, the plant has a capacity of 6000 MT per annum. 2.The combined capacity of flexible and rigid plastic is 18000 MT per annum. 3. Since, the new capacity enhancement for flexible recycling business has not been undertaken, the given estimated revenue also changes due to the said reason. 4. The volume of plastic furniture has been increased as comapred to the financial year 2024-25, but due to intense competition from local players, the desired revenue could not be achieved. The Company is working aggresively for new territorial expansion and is focussing on value added products for online sales and offline sales.
