We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter- alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @60%), for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2023. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing AGM shall be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, to the shareholders on or after 26th September, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Wednesday, 20th September, 2023 to Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and the AGM for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The Board Meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:50 P.M.
