Dear Sir/ Madam, In compliance with Notice/ Circular Nos 20201119-42 and 1077/2020 issued by BSE and NSE, respectively, on November 19, 2020, approving suspension of trading of Equity Shares of the Company w.e.f. November 23, 2020 and Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company w.e.f. December 1, 2020, the Company had on November 28, 2020, published a Public Notice in Free Press Journal and Mumbai Lakshdeep, informing the Shareholders and general investing Public, that as per Resolution Plan in the CIRP of the Company approved by Hon'ble NCLT vide order dated May 6, 2020, inter alia: The entire Issued, Subscribed & Paid-up Share Capital of the Company as at the date of Order of Hon'ble NCLT, including the equity shares (listed on Stock Exchanges) and the Preference share shall stand cancelled without any payout; and The Securities of the Company shall be delisted from the Stock Exchanges. You are requested to kindly upload the same on Stock Exchange website for information of Investors.

Dear Sir/ Madam, This has reference to our letter dated 1st May, 2020 providing details of NCLT order at the hearing held on April 30, 2020 approving Resolution Plan in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Company; and application dated & 7th May, 2019 , seeking delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from the Stock Exchanges as per Resolution Plan and NCLT order. In this regard, enclosed please find Certified copy of the Order of Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai dated May 06, 2020 ('NCLT Order') approving Resolution Plan for CIRP of the Company. Please note that as per the attached NCL Order: A. The Securities of the Company shall stand delisted from all Stock Exchanges; and B. Entire pre CIRP Paid-up Capital of the Company including equity shares and preference shares (on a fully diluted basis), shall stand cancelled without any pay-out and that the face value of these shares shall be transferred to the capital reserve of the Company.
