Un-audited consolidated and standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2023 along-with limited review of Auditor's thereon. 2. To consider invitation and acceptance of unsecured Deposits pursuant to Section 73 and Section 76 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. 3. To increase borrowing limits under section 180(1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013. 4. To creation of charge and/or mortgage under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies, Act 2013.
