Sikri, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Mediator has stated in his report that the parties could not arrive at a mutually acceptable settlement and submitted the report to the Hon''ble Delhi High Court on 06.09.2023 to enable the Hon''ble Delhi High Court to proceed further in matter.
