Mr. Surinder Paul Kanwar has contested the aforesaid document and mentioned to the Company that the matter is before Delhi High Court in a Civil Case - CS(OS) 329/2023 filed by Mr. Sachit Kanwar interalia against Mr. Surinder Paul Kanwar and Mr. Sameer Kanwar.
