Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the company''s scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter/ Nine months ended 31st December, 2025 in terms of the company''s code of prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly all the designated employees, other insiders of the company (including Directors) and their relatives have been intimated not to trade in the company''s share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2025 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that based on the necessary approvals already accorded by the Board of Directors and Shareholders we have sold the property of the Company at Kannigaiper Village for a total consideration of Rs. 18.00 Crores on 5th November, 2025 to clear the over due amounts to the Banks and financial institutions, Statutory Dues payable to various authorities and long-pending dues payable to the suppliers. Buyer is not a Related Party within the meaning of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Type of facility - Mortgage loan Original loan amount - Re. 5.05 crores Date of availing Loan - 30-09-2015 Date of full repayment - 30-10-2025 Reason for closure - Pre-payment- to reduce finance cost Impact on the company (if any) - Reduction in finance cost. We confirm that all the outstanding dues related to this loan have been settled in full and we are in the process of obtaining No Due Certificate/Loan Closure Certificate and the original documents from the bank.
