This is to inform you that Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench II, has admitted the application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code ("Code"), thereby initiating the CIRP against the Company. We wish to inform you that RTA have informed that Depositories (NSDL and CDSL) have not shared any data with RTA due to non payment of their fees. So Deemed Resolution Professional Mr. Mayur Popat (IBBI Regluation No: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-001/IP-P01918/2020-21/13046) have sent mail iniviting them to submit their claims and provide necessary information for the completion of statutory filing. Since the Company is under CIRP, we urge the Exchange to kindly consider delays in complying with necessary compliances.

A Copy of the admission order is attached for ready reference.
