Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the corporate guarantee of Rs. 60.65 crores, given on behalf of Tinna Trade Ltd (now Fratelli Vineyards Ltd) for credit facilit availed by them, in favour of the consortium banks i.e. State Bank of India and Canara Bank, has been released by consortium banks. Consequently the contingent liability on account of said corporate guarantee obligation on the company is reduced to that extent and no corporate guarantee is outstanding on the company as on date.
