With reference to our intimation dated May 30, 2023, wherein we have informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 30th May 2023, recommended the final dividend @ Re. 1.00 per share i.e. 10% to the equity share holders of the company for the FY 2022-23, subject to the approval of the share holders at the ensuing AGM of the company.
