Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 29,2025 have approved the appointment of Mr.Rishabh Gupta (DIN: -11010502 ) as an Additional Director designated as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f March 29,2025 for the period of 3 years subject to approval of Shareholders. Further due to appointment of Managing Director, it is also hereby informed Mr. Mangesh Kesarkar has resigned as a Manager under the Companies Act,2013 w.e.f March 29,2025, however he continues to be Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Brief profile of Mr. Rishabh Gupta is enclosed herewith. Mr. Rishabh Gupta is not related to any Director of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of the Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
