As the distribution of the dividend to each shareholder could not be processed due to the restriction from Bank that the payment of less than Re.1/- won''t be possible. So, as per the advice of the Bank and the RTA, the management is of the opinion that a minimum dividend of Re. 1/- should be paid and/or amount of rounding off two decimals like Rs.1.01/-, should be given considering the 3 decimals are not possible in such circumstances.
