To approve the draft Secretarial Auditor Report, Management Discussion and Analysis; and Directors' Report and for the Financial Year 2024-25. 3. To approve the draft notice for the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2024- 25 and also to fix the date, time and venue/mode for the same. 4. To Appoint Secretarial Auditors for a period of 5 years from F.Y. 2025-26 to F.Y. 2029-30. 5. To take note of retirement of a director by rotation and recommend reappointment, if eligible as recommended by the Nomination and remuneration committee. 6. Any other relevant matter with the permission of the Chairperson.
