Further the company is providing e-voting by remote e-voting. The e-voting period will be commence at 9.00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 and ends at 5.00 P.M. on Thursday, December 17, 2020. The cut-off date for reckoning voting right of shareholders/ beneficial owners for the purpose of e-voting and voting at the Annual General Meeting shall be Friday, December 11, 2020.
