Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and clarification given by BSE vide Circular No.: LIST/COMP /01/2019-20 and NSE vide Letter No.: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019, subjected as Clarification regarding trading restriction period, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from the closure of the Business hours i.e. Tuesday, March 25, 2025 consequent to the proposed strategic investments at the Board Meeting of Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company to be held on 29th March, 2025. The window will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the proposed strategic investment is made public. The same has been intimated to all the designated persons (including Directors and Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Regulations, we hereby inform you that, based on the request of the Company, CRISIL Ratings Limited has withdrawn the rating for the ?100 Crore Commercial Paper of the Company, as per its letter dated March 17, 2025 (attached as Annexure A). The rating has been withdrawn as there is no amount outstanding against the captioned instrument and the rating is no longer in use. Additionally, upon the Company's request, CRISIL Ratings Limited, via its letter dated March 17, 2025 (attached as Annexure B), has also withdrawn the rating assigned to the bank facilities of the Company, as per the details below:

No. NHAI/PIU/BTI/JR-MD/1308/IE-CM/2448 dated 04.03.2025. The said letter requests the Independent Engineer (IE) to take necessary action as per Schedule G of the Concession Agreement for issuing the occurrence of Project Milestone III (ie. Achieved 75% physical progress).
