The Board has approved and taken on record the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. 2. The Board has considered and approved to increase Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 20 crore to Rs. 31 crore and consequent Alteration in Memorandum of Association. 3. The Board has considered and approved issue of Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 fully paid up equity share for every 1 fully paid up equity shares held and accordingly fix record date for the purpose of Bonus Issue. 4. The Board has approved Director's Report for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023.
