Further, note that the said funds were used for the purpose for which it was raised as mentioned the offer documents and there has been no deviation in the use of proceeds. The said funds were fully utilised by December 31, 2022 and therefore, Company need not file any update for quarter ended March 31, 2023. Request you to kindly take the same on record.
