Mr. Sridhar Ramachandran (DIN: 07706213), has tendered his resignation as the Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 25, 2025, citing that he is unable to fit into the Board culture. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company.
