Board has approved re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Aggarwal (Din:00094141) as a Managing Director of the company for term of 3 years starting from 31.01.2026, subject to approval of Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. Board has approved re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Aggarwal (Din:00094198) as a Joint Managing Director of the company for term of 3 years starting from 14.08.2026, subject to approval of Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
