Dear Sir/ Ma'am, We wish to inform you that a petition has been filed under Section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') by Colorband Dyestuff Private Limited, Operational Creditor of the Company, before the National Company Law Tribunal - Jaipur Bench ('NCLT, Jaipur') alleging default in payment of their outstanding amount. This information has been received by our Company vide email correspondence dated 18th July, 2022 of NCLT Jaipur informing us about listing of the matter on 18th July, 2022 itself before the court. The Company does not have any further information regarding the amount claimed as default nor a copy of the aforesaid petition has been provided by the Court so far. The Company is seeking appropriate legal advice and take all appropriate steps to protect its interest in the aforesaid matter. You are requested to take the same on record and inform all concerned.
