It is hereby informed that with respect to outstanding existing financial assistance/credit facilities, Restructuring Scheme was approved based on market conditions and in pursuance of Reserve Bank of India (Relief Measures by Banks in Areas affected by Natural Calamities) Directions 2018 dated 17.10.2018 and the relief package approved by the State Level Bankers'' Committee, Tamil Nadu. Under this scheme, the Company has got moratorium/deferment on recovery of principal and and interest for credit facilities upto March, 2026. The said package include maintaining standard asset classification with the Banks. The said Restructuring was concluded on 5th March 2025.
