We regret to inform the sudden and sad demise of Dr.Subba Rao Prasanna, former Director and Promoter of the Company. Dr.Subba Rao Prasanna served the Company in various capacities during his long association of over three decades with the Company . He was the head of the Research and development (R&D;) vertical of the Company and was instrumental in discovering various molecules which were commercially scaled up in Indian and overseas markets. He also served the Company as Executive Director up to F.Y 2020. Board of Directors of the Company conveys its deep sorrow and condolences to his family. Further, in compliance with the Regulation 31A (6)(c) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, please be informed that Dr.Subba Rao Prasanna would be ceased to be the part of promoter group of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 3 1A (6) (c ) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
