P Murali & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firms Registration No. 002080S), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the date of appointment, until the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, at such remuneration plus applicable taxes, and out of pocket expenses, as may be determined and recommended by the Audit Committee in consultation with the Auditors and duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
