Kundan Agrawal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for Audit period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting. b) Re-Appointment of Internal Auditor- Re-appointment M/s. Sanghi & Co., as Internal Auditors of the Company for the FY 2025-26.
