VGL/CS/2025/35 dated 26th March, 2025, regarding closure of trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close till 23rd May, 2025 i.e. forty eight hours after the date of Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 21st May, 2025.
