(WGNPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Any other matter with the approval of the Chairperson. Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed with immediate effect and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on 13th day of December, 2025 i.e., 48 hours after the scheduled Board Meeting.
